$30AUD per submission

Now in its ninth edition, APA is one of Australia's largest celebrations of photography

We welcome original and thought-provoking imagery made anywhere in the world by a person residing within Australia or an Australian living overseas.

Entrants can submit across seven categories with the opportunity to win prizes and be part of a major exhibition and event program in October 2024.

We can’t wait to see what this year’s award will bring.

APA Exhibition & Event Program

Finalists and shortlisted artists will be exhibited through print and projection as part of a major program at no additional cost to the artist.

Taking place at Bodriggy Brewery in Naarm/Melbourne during the weekend of 26th - 27th October 2024.

The APA Exhibition & Event Program will bring together artists and photographers from across Australia to share their work, make connections and celebrate photography.
